3. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us in the context of a contact request, vehicle purchase, or workshop booking. This typically includes:

  • Name, First Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Address (at time of contract conclusion)
  • Vehicle data (for workshop orders)

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data will be used exclusively for processing your enquiry or for carrying out the contractual relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) DSGVO (contract performance) or Article 6(1)(a) DSGVO (consent).

5. Data Retention Period

Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. For contract data, the statutory retention periods apply (usually 6 or 10 years according to HGB/AO).

6. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies and, with your consent, analysis cookies for anonymous usage statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No tracking cookies from third-party providers are used.

You can change your cookie settings at any time via the banner at the bottom of the screen.

7. Web Analysis

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous evaluation of website usage. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies and does not collect personal data. Data processing takes place on servers of Cloudflare, Inc. based in the USA. There is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

8. Contact Form

If you use our contact form, the data you enter will be transmitted to and stored by us. Processing is carried out exclusively to handle your request. Without your explicit consent (DSGVO checkbox), no data will be transmitted.

8a. Vehicle Valuation & Registration Upload

If you request an offer via the "Vehicle valuation" form and upload your vehicle registration (Zulassungsbescheinigung Part I), we process the technical vehicle data it contains in order to prepare a binding valuation for you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). The uploaded file is scanned for malware before storage. Only the technical vehicle data (e.g. manufacturer/type key numbers, vehicle identification number, first registration, power output) is read automatically; owner data (name, address) is not stored. The document image is stored with restricted access and deleted after 90 days at the latest, unless contractual or statutory retention obligations apply. Provision is voluntary; without the registration document only a rough estimate is possible.

9. Applications

If you apply to us, we process the data you submit (CV, certificates, cover letter) exclusively for the purpose of the application procedure. In the event of rejection, your data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the application, unless you have consented to longer storage.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access to your stored data (Article 15 DSGVO)
  • Correction of incorrect data (Art. 16 DSGVO)
  • Deletion of your data (Art. 17 DSGVO)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO)
  • Objection to processing (Art. 21 DSGVO)
  • Withdrawal of a given consent (Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO)

11. Hosting

This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. With each access, server log files are automatically recorded (IP address, timestamp, accessed page, browser type). This data is automatically deleted after a maximum of 24 hours and not merged with other data.

12. SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in the browser line and the address line "https://".

13. Right to Lodge a Complaint
